Dr. Puchevich Removed a remnant of a squamous cell carcinoma from my left arm. Everything was done quickly with no issues with pain. It is healing very well several days after the surgery.

I had a 11am appointment and got there at 10:50. I was called back to room 5 within 2 minutes Dr Mars and Patrick came in the room gave me a full body lookover and was finished with the exam by 11:10. Everyone on the staff were very friendly.

I always have a positive review for this physician. He has taken care of me and my husband for multiple skin issues, including basal cell carcinoma, and melanoma and other skin issues on top of that. No matter how big or small, the man does not leave a scar. My husband had to practically have half of his back cut open, and there is no scar. My chest was subjected to Moe's (not sure how to spell that) surgery where they have to go in and take section by section until they get it all, NO scar. I just recently had a growth removed, which turned out to be two different growths on top of each other… it’s still healing, but I would never go to another doctor and I waited a long time to get this specific doctor so that I would not have another scar. He is so nice and so professional. I would wait a year to get into him. Recommend 100%.

Good explanations, and smooth procedure

Dr. Brian Pucevich and his surgical assistant, Morgan, were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to others. One bit of feedback, the Dermatological Assoc. of Western PA's website permits patients to login to see their results, but it is not possible to send an email to follow up. For those of us who work full time on weekdays, it's not always convenient to remember to call during business hours, or even during lunch. I don't know about anyone else, but I try to catch up with things after work, or on the weekends.

Dr. Osofsky has a genial personality and is a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. My husband and I first met him after Thanksgiving 2022 when my husband had a mysterious rash. Our PCP was unable to treat it effectively, but Dr. Osofsky's question was "Have you eaten shitake mushrooms lately?" We contacted our Thanksgiving hostess, and indeed he had eaten shitake mushrooms! Dr. Osofsky looked like a genius to us, and we were grateful for his wisdom and successful treatment.

I had been a patient of Dr. Maria Pucevich for years, and loved her professionalism and meticulous scrutiny as a dermatologist. When she retired, I wanted to stay with a female dermatologist. After a recommendation from my friend, Leslie Pazur, I made an appointment with Dr. Robyn Marszalek. The examination was thorough, professional, and a perfect transition for me from Dr. Maria Pucevich to Dr. Marzalek. I am pleased that I can stay with the same practice.

Dr. Ali is very thorough. My wait time was longer than usual. Both Dr. Ali and the nurse apologized for that. I am glad. I wished the front desk at informed me they were running behind.

I had a rash located from below my knees to my ankles that kept me up two nights in a row from a red burning rash similar to a poison ivy. I called the next morning and Dr. Pucevich made time from his busy schedule to get me in at the end of his day. He medicated the problem and with a day I had total relief. Not only did he solve that problem I mentioned a growth on my chest and he checked it out and immediately took a biopsy. So kudos to Dr. Pucevich.

Dr. Brian kindly agreed to add me on to the end of his day. I was told he’d probably only look at me but he went above and beyond. He removed a small cyst forming on my suture line from a previous Mohs surgery and did a biopsy on a questionable lesion on my leg. I was so pleased and relieved to have that all taken care of in one visit. Kudos to Dr. Brian and his staff!

Front office staff rude Was told I would get a phone call Monday with a "plan" but I had to call the office Thursday and was told I had to consult with my other doctors. I work in the medical field, this is not how it works! Dr. Osofsky does not want himself or his staff to assist patients with commercial insurance, he wants the patients to search for the answers for him! Terrible!!!!

Visit was quick and painless! The Doctor knew exactly what I had from touching a plant and treated me with both a steroid and a cream. He explained in detail how to take the meds so it wouldn’t bother me. Within one day of full meds and cream I noticed a big difference. Within 4 days the rash was almost gone! Highly recommend this facility!

One slight negative was that I had a bandage from a mole slice that was poorly done and realized it had come loose and I had blood down my back and on my clothing when I got home. Dr. Osofsky saw me quickly after I called to report a sore on my lip that wasn't healing. (history of melanoma in situ and basal cell) I really appreciated that he was able to see me within a few days and take care of the problem before it became a bigger issue.
